• Profile information — your creator niche, audience details, and brand information you enter into the platform

• Payment information — processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details directly
• Technical data — your IP address, browser type, and device information for security purposes

• Process your subscription payments through Stripe
• Personalize your content generation experience
• Send you important account and service updates
• Improve and develop new features for the platform

• Anthropic — AI generation is powered by the Claude API. Your prompts are processed to generate content

• Netlify — for hosting and delivering the platform
• MailerLite — for email communications if you have opted in

All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.

Infinette Creator Studio is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
