All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle.

The content generated by Infinette Creator Studio is produced using AI technology powered by Anthropic's Claude API. You own the content you generate through the platform and are free to use it for your personal and commercial purposes.
You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness for purpose of any generated content. Always review content before using it publicly.
The Infinette Creator Studio platform, including its design, code, branding, and features, is the intellectual property of Jannette Trinidad trading as Infinette Creator Studio. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
The content you create using ICS belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over your generated content.
We aim to keep Infinette Creator Studio available at all times but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Coming Soon features listed on our platform represent our planned roadmap. While we are committed to building these features, timelines may change and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Infinette Creator Studio and Jannette Trinidad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of ICS after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
